We accept all major insurance providers: 

Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Blue Choice, AETNA, CIGNA, United Health, MAMSI, Optimum Choice, MDIPA, Alliance, Great West,etc.

We also accept  Medicaid and Medicare.

We see patients without insurance for a minimal charge and patients who have Project Access.
(Project Access was established by Montgomery County for low income patients)

As the patient, it is your responsibility to know your insurance coverage. If your insurance has certain limitations; for example, coverage only at certain hospitals or other facilities, please let us know, so any referrals we make for you will be covered by your insurance.

Some insurances don’t cover 100% of the visit and the patient is responsible for the portion that insurance does not cover (such as deductibles, co-payments, etc.)

Some insurances may not cover preventive care and immunizations.

We will help you with any insurance and billing questions, please do not hesitate to call our office and share your concerns.

Please remember that your health insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. You are responsible for the bill regardless of what your insurance company pays.
